Psychological Treatment

Treatment can come in many different forms such as consultation, individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and psychoeducational sessions. Choosing the right treatment modality is an important part of the journey. Dr. Stokes is dedicated to meeting the needs of client's seeking mental health services and personal growth.

People seek therapy services for a variety of reasons. Some individuals first think of participating in therapy when life has become difficult or unmanageable in some way. Family or friends may have recommended a consultation with a psychologist in order to find a solution or way to deal with a specific life problem.
